CHITWAN, Dec 19: Chitwan Medical College Teaching Hospital has set up loan facility for service recipients who come for hair transplant. Clients can pay for cosmetic treatments, including hair transplantation, in installments.
The hospital has provided this payout facility in conjunction with Sunrise Bank Limited. According to Kritishma Aryal, head of the hospital’s dermatology department, arrangements have been made to pay the fee in installments to patients coming for cosmetic treatment, including hair transplant.
Aryal said the bank would provide such loans of Rs 25,000 to Rs 200,000 at zero interest rate without any collateral. It is stated that the source of income must be disclosed for the loan which can be repaid in installments for up to 18 months.
Aryal also said the loan was arranged for those who find it difficult to pay the fees immediately as they are expensive. It is said that this facility was first provided in Chitwan.
The hospital’s dermatology department offers hair transplant services as well as removal of facial wrinkles, skin lightening, removal of pores, dandruff and other spots and blemishes.
Dr. Shraddha Upreti, Consultant Dermatologist and Hair Transplant Surgeon at the hospital, said that hair transplantation is performed using the latest technology. She also claimed that there would be no major side effects when transplanting hair in this way.
